Adgitize works for me.
Like most Bloggers, I need to make some $$ to cover hosting costs.
Unfortunately most of the advertising available pays centavos per month, or in many cases earns nothing.
Google ads provides a simple and effective way to monetise, but takes forever to earn enough for a payout, although it is improving with traffic volume.
ShareaPic gives me somewhere to host my photos, without the risk of my host shutting me down when some uncontrolled russian scraper comes along and sucks all the photos from my site without caring about the damage they do. ShareaPic only pays 22 cents per 1000 for picture views so I’m a long way from getting rich there 
Adgitize is the "new kid on the blog". Adgitize only started at the beginning of November and has less than 200 members at the date of this post.
Adgitize is FREE to join as an affiliate or as a publisher.
As a publisher you earn a share of their revenue by showing their members adverts on your blog, by clicking on adverts on other members blogs and by posting to your own blog.
As an affiliate you only earn when advertisers who joined using your link buy advertising.
Advertisers can place their adverts system wide for the incredibly low price of $14 for a whole months views.
As you can see from the banner above, over 800,000 adverts have been shown across the whole system in the last 30 days, and that number will only increase with new members joining each day.
I joined Adgitize during November, with no great expectations, but a willingness to give a new system a trial. I’m not a great blogger, don’t have time to post every day or do all the optimising stuff.
So I’m more than happy to report that my earnings for the part month of November were in excess of $32. And I have already been paid into PayPal . That amount would take me the best part of 4 months to earn via Goggle and at least a year to receive payment due to their $100 minimum.
Imagine what YOU could be making with regular daily posts, lots of visitors and a few extra blog visits each day.

I just joined Adgitize at the end of Novemember. I was very pleased to see that I already earned, almost 2 dollars. Though I like Adsense too, this one seems to be a faster way to earn. I see you didnt mention Project Wonderful, you may want to try that one too.

A couple of folks have asked the same question…….. what now??
I’m going to try to get a post done outlining how to get the best from Adgitize over the next couple of days, but for now the main points are:
1)Make at least 1 post a day
2)Log into Adgitize and then click on the adgitize ads you see on others blogs. You have to be logged into Adgitize to get the credits!!
I see you already have Ads on your blog so you will also earn credits for ad views and page views.
Check the reports section of your Adgitize site to see the points earned. These are totalled each day so are a day behind. The earnings section also shows an approximation of your monthly earnings based on your current traffic.
I would recommend changing the single Adgitize unit to an affiliate ad which you can get from the Affiliate section of the Adgitize site. The 4 ad unit is fine.
Also add any other blogs you run to the ‘Manage blogs’ section of the Adgitize site and then get the code for ad blocks from the link on each listed blog. That will increase your ad views and end of month results.

What’s the difference between “affiliate” and “publisher” ? What would make a person choose one over the other?

You can choose to show other members ads as a publisher, banners or text links with your ref # as an affiliate, or both.
Membership of Adgitize includes both of the above as well as Advertiser. You are free to choose which areas you wish to participate in.
